In June 2019, golf history will be made when the 40th U.S. Senior Open Championship will be held at The University of Notre Dame’s Warren Golf Course in Northern Indiana, just north of South Bend (for those of you who don’t know where Notre Dame is). It’s history-making because it will be the first time the U.S. Senior Open is played on a university golf course and held on a public golf course.
Past champions include David Toms, Colin Montgomerie and Bernhard Langer. You will see these world class champions along with Fred Couples, Nick Faldo, Davis Love III, Vijay Singh and Tom Watson and a slew of other marquee players at this year’s event.
The championship will be held June 24 to 30. One hundred fifty-six participants will vie for a $4,000,000 purse with $720,000 going to the winner. And, more than 125,000 guests are expected to be in attendance throughout championship week.
Sponsorship opportunities await the businesses that wish to treat customers and clients to some of the highest-level golf on the planet. Hospitality tickets, championship gallery tickets, preferred parking and volunteer options are all available. Volunteer opportunities are also available.
