Crosswinds’ Jazzin’ Up January event took place Jan. 24 at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum Conference Center. Staff from Lifeline Youth & Family Services served as volunteers and joined in the fun at the 5th annual event. Hope was the central message for the evening. Over 650 guests attended in honor of the work Crosswinds is doing to educate and inform the community about mental health and the urgent need for counseling for individuals and families. Principal Matt Deeds, Harrison Elementary, Warsaw, and Principal Vanessa Diller, St. Louis Academy, New Haven, discussed the success and need for Crosswinds’ Counseling in Schools programming during a live interview at the event led by Kevin Hedrick, executive VP for Crosswinds.
