As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up? A stockbroker.

What is the most productive time of day for you? The morning.
What is your favorite part of your job? Building a business, and helping people grow and develop.
What do you love most about Fort Wayne? The small town feel in a bigger city, and overall quality of life.
What was your first job? Washing cars at my dad’s dealership.
Who is your hero? My dad, Dale Jennings.
What is your dream job? Working less and making more.
What is your greatest accomplishment? My children. I have three daughters: Lauren, Courtney and Hannah.
Do you have a motto you live by? If so, what is it? Be honest, work hard and do what is right.
If Hollywood made a movie about your life, whom would you like to cast as you? Somebody much better looking.
What would you choose as your last meal? A nice steak, asparagus, fresh tomatoes and cabernet.

What’s one thing you can’t live without? My wife.
If you could travel anywhere, where would you go? Patagonia to go fishing.
What three items would you want with you if you were stranded on a desert island (other than food and water)? A fly rod, fire and a big knife.
If you could solve one major problem, what would it be? Climate change.
If you could give your 15 year-old self advice, what would it be? Be yourself.
What fad do you wish would come back or stay gone forever? The mullet haircut.
What is something that never fails to make you laugh? When someone is about to get in your car, but right before they grab the handle you move the car forward just enough to get “the look”. The second time is even better, but after that things can get less funny.

What is the best gift you have ever been given? I have been fortunate to receive many gifts both tangible and intangible.
If you received enough money to never need to work again, what would you spend your time doing? Traveling, fishing and golfing.
