Insurance Management Group (IMG), a growing independent insurance agency from Marion, Indiana, is celebrating being named the “2021 Agency of The Year” by The Big I, Indiana. Each year, this highly prestigious title is awarded to one independent insurance agency that exemplifies leadership and innovation within the independent agency system. IMG was also named among the “2021 Best Places to Work in Indiana” and received the “Agents Have Heart” community service award from Acuity Insurance, an honor presented to only two agencies in the state each year.
IMG is an independent insurance agency with more than 50 employees across three locations in north-central Indiana, specializing in personal, business and employee benefits products. While the agency has been serving clients for over 140 years, a leadership change in 2015 led to a shift in focus, prioritizing client interests, employee care and community involvement.
