The Rescue Mission’s Fall Banquet was held on Nov. 10, 2022. The event’s emcee was Dirk Rowley, a news anchor from WANE 15, and the guest speaker was stand-up comedian and conference speaker, Michael Jr. The Rescue Mission President and CEO, Donovan Coley, recently announced his resignation and was recognized for his 15 years of service. The event also featured an inspiring story from a Charis House graduate. The Fall Banquet went above its donation goal for the night, thanks to those in attendance and its generous sponsors. The Rescue Mission exists to provide, through the power of Jesus Christ, a home for the homeless, food for the hungry and hope for their future.
