On Nov. 15, 2022, United Way of Allen County celebrated its 100th birthday with a Community Awards Banquet at the Embassy Theatre, followed by a gala at the Grand Wayne Center. Alyssa Ivanson with WANE-TV emceed both events, awards were presented to community partners, and two keynotes were delivered by Austin Hatch and Tamika Catchings. United Way of Allen County would like to thank its 40+ sponsors, 330+ attendees, numerous donors and volunteers, and board members who all made the event possible. With the support of the community, the event raised more than $135,000.
