On March 15, 2023, the Women’s Fund of Greater Fort Wayne hosted the Equal Pay Day Luncheon at Bergstaff Place to officially launch the 2022 Allen County Women in the Workplace Report. The event sold out at 200 attendees. This new study was informed by survey responses from area employers representing over 35,000 employees, analyzing women in leadership, compensation of women, equitable hiring & promotion practices, and flexible work environments. A summary of the report was presented, as well as awards for 20 local employers who met or exceeded national metrics in the four categories listed above.
