On April 14, 2023, Fort Wayne Ballet hosted The Grande Soirée, Annual Gala & Auction at the Arts United Center. The evening began with a cocktail hour leading to a performance by the professional dancers of Fort Wayne Ballet. Included were two pieces: “Ruth, Ricordi per Due” choreographed by Gerald Arpino, and “Concerto Con Brio” choreographed by Edward Stierle, which was part of the Dancer’s Legacy: An Evening of Stierle that took place on May 19-20. The event culminated in a dinner and live auction, where the dancers from the performance joined and mingled with guests. The evening brought new awareness to the Bold Moves campaign as Fort Wayne Ballet elevates community impact and builds upon a national presence within the dance industry.
