Around 300 Turnstone supporters, families and friends of talent, and other performing art spectators filled the Clyde Theatre on Tuesday, May 9, for the second annual Center Stage Talent Show. Center Stage is an inclusive talent show experience, elevating talent and performing arts for all people with and without disabilities. This year, 10 acts were selected from submissions to perform live on stage for a chance to win the $1,000 grand prize. Acts included a variety of musicians, singers, bands and dancers. Talent performances included MarShay Neely (vocalist), Ratio Dance (dance trio), KC Ramone (vocalist), Mary Crisp (vocalist), Zen BBQ (band), Conner Johnson (vocalist and sign language), Ellise Young (vocalist), Sockie Phommachanh (dance), Jeremy Francis (piano) and Willy Booger (guitarist). Center Stage is a fundraising event supports Turnstone’s mission to empower people with disabilities in and beyond our community.
