Ambassador Enterprises celebrates the additions of David Bolton, Brice Urschel and Tim Ehlerding. Each brings a unique talent and calling to contribute to the success of Ambassador Enterprises and its partners in helping create greater impact in our communities. 

As a Community Impact Strategist, Bolton works alongside community leaders to connect people to resources that promote economic vitality and better community. He comes to AE with over 20 years of operations management experience.

As Manager of Treasury and Finance, Urschel drives impactful financial strategies, deals analysis, financial planning, and other finance initiatives across the organization. Before joining AE, he led the Treasury and Financial Reporting department of a local organization. 

Using his 35+ years of experience in the real estate development and construction industries, Ehlerding leads the charge in strategically positioning AE as a key participant in real estate opportunities throughout northeast Indiana and other complementary markets.
