The remarkable leadership team of Jae Gerardot and Jennifer Lapsley at Summit City Nursing & Rehabilitation has led to an impressive array of achievements. The Five Star Quality Rating System was created by the U.S. government to help consumers evaluate and compare nursing homes. Only a small percentage of nursing homes achieve a five-star rating, which is what makes Summit City stand out in the very competitive senior care market.
A perfect, deficiency-free rating from the ISDH is the highest rating a senior care community can receive, and is based on compliance with state standards of care like adequacy of staffing, quality of care and cleanliness.
