STAR Bank celebrates Jim and Tom Marcuccilli being named 2024 Red Coat recipients by the Mad Anthonys Foundation.

Jim, STAR Bank Chairman and CEO, has been a United Way of Allen County Campaign Chairman and is currently serving on the board of directors for the Indiana State Chamber, Steel Dynamics Inc., the University of Notre Dame Science Advisory, Junior Achievement Foundation, IU Health Foundation, SDI Foundation and YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne.
Tom, STAR Financial Group Chairman, has served on boards at The Embassy Theatre, Arts United, Indiana Wesleyan University, Marion-Grant County Chamber of Commerce, Marion Aero Club, YMCA of Grant County, Marion Philharmonic Orchestra, St. Paul/Bennett School in Marion and the former Fort Wayne-Allen County Economic Development Alliance.
In 2023, 111 STAR employees volunteered 646 hours to area organizations. STAR employees serve on boards for over 50 area nonprofits.
