Women’s Fund of Greater Fort Wayne and nearly 400 guests celebrated local employers at the second annual Women in the Workplace Luncheon at Purdue Fort Wayne’s International Ballroom on Wednesday, March 13. During the luncheon, the Women’s Fund released the second Allen County Workplace Scorecard, featuring data regarding women in leadership, compensation, support benefits and hiring practices. Local workplaces and employers who have supported women were recognized with awards in four categories based on the national metrics measured by the Compass Survey. Attendees had the opportunity to hear featured stories from local employers who have worked with the Women’s Fund to implement innovative benefits and policies to empower and retain women in workplaces.
