World Baseball Academy (WBA) was pleased to host the 8th annual Beyond The Game Leadership Luncheon on Feb. 12, 2025 at the ASH Centre. With an estimated 290 attendees, including 170 student-award-winners, the purpose of this event is to recognize and inspire area athletes in their leadership development both on and off the field. World Baseball Academy and its presenting sponsor, Optimum Performance Sports (OPS), along with featured speaker, Josh VanMeter (recently retired MLB Player), are excited to highlight area athletes who exemplify WBA Core Character Values of integrity, knowledge, discipline, perseverance, respect and initiative.
